These terms govern your use of Home Project Agent, a service of Guru Cultivation LLC. By using the service, you agree to them.

What we do

Home Project Agent connects homeowners with independent home improvement companies and schedules estimate appointments on your behalf. We are not a contractor, we do not perform or guarantee any work, and we do not employ the companies in our network. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the company you hire.

Your scheduling assistant

When you submit a request, you authorize our AI-powered scheduling assistant to communicate with the companies you choose and to book, confirm and reschedule estimate appointments within the availability you give us. If you turn off automatic booking, the assistant will ask you before confirming any time. You can cancel or change an appointment at any time by replying to our texts.

Your information and communications

You agree to give accurate information and to keep appointments you confirm, or cancel in advance. You consent to be contacted as described in the consent statement on our form, our SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Companies in our network

Companies pay Home Project Agent for appointments, including for placement and order of appointments. We set basic standards for companies in our network but do not verify every license, insurance policy or claim. Before hiring, confirm licensing, insurance, references and written terms yourself.

Cost

The service is free for homeowners.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, workmanship or safety of any company, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to $100.
